Lynn Mathews has more than 30 years of experience in the mental health field, providing behavioral health services in rural communities in Illinois and Alaska. Lynn has served as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Clinical Supervisor, and Program Liaison, conducting monitoring, compliance, and fidelity reviews for the State of Illinois. She contributes to numerous boards and committees and served on the Administrative Burden Taskforce, collaborating with the Office of Medicaid Innovation and state lawmakers to develop recommendations to strengthen Illinois’ behavioral health system.

Committed to advancing community mental health, Lynn focuses on improving services, expanding resources, and supporting systems of care. She holds a Master of Science in Education in Educational Psychology, with a concentration in Community Mental Health, from Eastern Illinois University.
