Clinical Supervisor
Kaitlyn joined CRCC in 2021. Kaitlyn obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from Millikin University and her Master’s of Arts Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bradley University. In March 2025, she transitioned to the role of Clinical Supervisor.Prior to joining CRCC, Kaitlyn had worked in residential settings and as a case manager helping youth who were at risk of entering the juvenile justice system.
Kaitlyn has a passion for working with individuals from all sorts of backgrounds. Through her years of experience, she utilizes cognitive-behavioral therapy and person-centered techniques to assist her clients in developing coping skills to remove roadblocks that keep them from living life to the fullest.
In her free time, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her dog, Bear.
