Kyle Kroha is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has been with CRCC since 2022. She is from Central Illinois, completing her degrees at Parkland College and her Master’s in Social Work Degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.  As a Behavioral Health Therapist, she helps people to discover, recognize, honor, and use their own unique strengths to create their best lives. She believes in the strength of an ongoing therapeutic alliance between therapist and client, with a focus on cognitive therapy which honors a person's life experiences as we seek to find answers and resolutions for their needs.

In her free time, she enjoy pets, writing, reading, cooking, gardening, learning new DIY skills, improvisational theatre, helping friends, and the ongoing renovation of my short school bus into a camper /cottage (pending discovery of a reliable transmission at a reasonable cost).
